This is the second best nandos I've been to this year by far and great service the food came quick and I almost burn my tongue by taking a bit of thier chips and i also took a picture of the chocolate cake i had for dessert. Part 2: I went here yesterday for lunch, and i had a problem with the phone. A nice nandos worker helped me order, and I've had a good time at nandos yesterday. Shout out to Nick, maria, and that nandos worker who served me and helped me from the 14th of December 2024 to the 22nd of February 2025
We visited Nando's today and arrived close to closing time, but the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. A special mention goes to the young gentleman at the till (he is tall, fair skinned and slim) who went above and beyond—he truly deserves a bonus for his exceptional service! All the staff were amazing and so helpful throughout our visit. The manager also took the time to ensure everything was perfect before we left, which added a personal touch to the experience.As we were leaving, a team member gave my daughter a dessert, which absolutely made her day! It’s the little things like this that make us feel so welcome. Fantastic service and a warm atmosphere—highly recommend
I'd like to thank Rasheed and Claudia for their service this evening. They were so kind, polite, and attentive. I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, but they were out of candles. To our surprise, they managed to source a candle and made our celebration that extra bit special. The food here never disappoints as well, well-cooked, flavorful, and overall such a good atmosphere.
Visited this branch with my mother and two children and had a very pleasant experience. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. My son has a severe food allergy so eating out, at times, can be stressful, however, this was not the case at Nando's South Harrow. The manager, Klaudia, was thoughtful, considerate and very professional when taking my order, and I was left reassured that the correct allergen information had been shared with me. We were alo served by Rashid, who along with Klaudia and the rest of the Nando's team, made our dining experience a very enjoyable experience. Thank you to the Nando's S. Harrow team - we look forward to our next visit!
Visited today during a busy period, but the management handled it exceptionally well. Despite the crowd, we received attentive service and never felt overlooked. The food and service were outstanding, as always. We only visit this branch because the quality of the management and the food consistently exceeds our expectations. Highly recommended!
I had the pleasure of dining at Nando's recently, and I must say, Nick provided the best hospitality and service I've ever experienced! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Not only was the food fantastic, but Nick's cheerful demeanor and genuine care for the customers elevated my experience. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like he does. Outstanding service from Nik! We got there late expecting only a take away as it was 10 to 10, but when you have a host like Nik who is so welcoming,, polite and on the ball, he allowed to sit and eat in. He also offered the new spicy wings with the peppercorn mayo. The service was perfect from the smiley lady who also gave a free drizzler at the end. Even Mitesh was smiling at how good of an experience we had. 10/10 5 stars Big Portions!
